hi doctor my baby is 3 year old she has always cold and cough and after increasing cold cough she has fever . what i do for her immunity will increase

A. oik c s yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
