Hi doctor, My baby is 1 mnth older, there is small reddish color rashes around her anus region, whether it is diaper rashes? which diaper rash cream is good to use?

Use diapers regularly then yes it can be a diaper rash in such case you should definitely apply coconut oil or diaper rash cream. And if you use diapers regularly then you have to take some precautions like always change the diaper in every 4 to 6 hours gap
