Hi doctor my baby boy is 3yrs old and he is suffering from cough and fever from last 3days and today once he was wake-up in morning he have lots of coughing and 3-4drop of blood coming from his nose. is it normal or any serious?

A. hi. not normal at all. it is oreferable to consukt yiur doctor in person for detail clinical and laboratary investigation to find out the cause and management accordingly. ok
