hi doctor my baby birth weight is 3.4 ,now she is 42 days old her weight is 4.8 kg

Baby is been gaining weight quite well, monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 400 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

That’s very good see a minimum gain in a month should be 500 g and maximum it can go up to 1 kg kilogram in a month so your child is actually gained accordingly so your child is 1 kg in a month with what I can do so if you look at it in 30 days of spa 1 kg and other 12 to 15 days of span would be 400 so all in all this game the child is showing very good
