Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can giv_k9e domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.
Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. hi
spiting is usually normal among young babies.
I mean ,to spit out milk in curdy consistency with slow flow after each feeding is normal after each feeding.
please offer small and frequent feeds to prevent it.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
make sure your child latches properly.
burp your baby in between and after feeding.
