Hi doctor instead of putting 5ml I gave 10ml of enycold syrup for cold ....what will happen ??? any problem?? pls suggest now what I have to do

A. Enycold Paediatric Oral Suspension is a combination of three medicines: Chlorpheniramine, paracetamol, and phenylephrine which relieves common cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
