I'm mother of a 4 month old. I plan to get her ears pierced in the coming week.
What method do you suggest is best for ear piercing babies? Gunshot or the age old needling at jewellers?
Also would it be better to go to ENT specialist or a hygenic jewellery place would do?

if you want your child ear prick method you can get gun method it is good but you should wait till one year of age for your child to get the piercing done

Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment 
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
