hi doctor, I'm mother of 2 kids elder daughter was 8 years old, younger daughter was 11 months, after my second delivery my tummy fat is too much, and I'm having thyroid taking 100mg tablet. during pregnancy having thyroid. I'm weight gained, how I'm loose my weight? please give me suggestions

A. well irs important that the thyroid is unfer control ok as well as thst you take lots of fruit n vegetables abd cut on gheen oil too so that you lose
