hi Doctor, I had mastitis in one side breast. now it's cleared, but breast is not producing milk. my baby is refusing another side breast. pls suggest what to do, she keep on crying. it's all happens after vaccination, baby is nit drinked properly so u got mastitis

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper.
if improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk
meet lactational counsellor who will guide regarding this.
see videos on you tube for breastfeeding positionz and attachment.
take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetablesz, milk for increasing breast milk for yourself.
take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
