Hi doctor I got my 1st period after 10 months of my delivery, next month cycle I got for 25 days later. Which are the safe dates to avoid pregnancy

A. Hello dear You cannot depend on the safe dates until and unless you have 6 regular cycles because there will be high chances of Mis calculation in case of irregular cycles. You have to keep using contraception

A. There I know such days that you can avoid pregnancy but most importantly you should not try to conceive on the dates when you’re ovulating that’s mostly the 10th to the 14th day after your last period date those days they said that the women is most fertile so you should try not to conceive of those days
