Q.

hi doctor I completed breastfeeding.i have beastmilk for 2yrs and now my baby is 2.5 years old.but I feel breast get sagged so much and not comfortable.not healthy feeling for breast.what to do ?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please you have to empty your breast whenever you stop breastfeeding and also massage on your breast with almond oil and also give hot water compress massage. Take care
