#asktheexpert My breast size is decreased after breastfeeding. breast s are sagged also. Now the size is smaller than before pregnancy and my weight is more than before pregnancy weight. Please tell me the solutions for regain the shape and increase size.

A. I would recommend you try to do yoga everyday in the morning it will help to reduce the overall body fat there is no reason for the breast size to decrease it does not happen due to feeding I would request you to visit your gynecologist once
