please do the following things:
for eye problem:
clean your eyes with fresh tap water.
limit your own screen time.
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene

for depression:
please spend quality time with your family
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
cultivate hobbies like listening music, read good books etc
practice yoga or exercises regularly
take enough sleep
maintain good hygiene

Answer

look for cold, fatigue, foreign body in eye , sleepiness,teething ,  eye dryness or eye irritation.

if eyes look red or irritation present or watering better to consult with your paediatrician for examination and treatment for the same
