Hi doctor, I am breast feeding mom of 4 months old baby and I m suffering from postpartum hair fall, can I take bodywise hair gummies for hair fall?

Gummies are not a very effective way yo control hair fall as they are full of sugars artificial colours so it’s better you try yo improve your protein intake in all 3 meals and also start applying coconut oil infused with methi Dana castor oil abd few drops of rosemary oil apply it twice a week and use a mild shampoo eat well nutritious diet take good sleep
