Hi doctor. .how much weight gain a 4 month old baby? his birth weight is 4.3 kg .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the baby should be gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it it si a good weight gain and make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and is taking well and if the bm is not sufficient then you should be giving infant formula milk
