Hi doctor..good morning yesterday onwards my baby suffering from fever yesterday it was like 100.5 I have given paracep 2.5ml every 6 hrs after checking fever. today morning she got 102.7 temperature can I use antibiotic please suggest me which antibiotic can we use, she don't have any cold cough only fever.

A. it is the viral then .Temperature more than 99 is fever . Can Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then give nobel plus or baby not looking well then need a examination as it may be any infection .
