my baby having fever 100 degree I give para syrp 3ml 6th hourly and spongeing given but it will reduced increase fever today morning onwards started doctor

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the fevers will be viral infections it may take at least three to four days time for them to subside if there are only mild to moderate degree treat with paracetamol otherwise consult a doctor
