Hi docter, my girl is 3 years weight of 12.6kg, she has a very dry and flaky lips all throughout the year, I keep applying lip balms but not seen any better, please help with this

A. Hello mom how is his thirst been off late ? He should be well hydrated that is very much important with various fluids . Also because if the weather this occurs .. apply ghee and check
