Hi Doc, my wife is having cold, running nose, body pains and presently taken one tablet of dolo650. Can we use cetirizine tablet for my wife. She is a feeding mother of 3 month old.

take tablet cetirizine 10mg oonce a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fever as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvement in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, paracetamol is the safest medicine you can guve to a pregnant women and a b tree qst feeding mom.
But for any other medicine you should consult with your gynaecologist and give then omly. Do not give on your own. Good luck and take care
