Hi doc. My baby had a fever . 95 like and I given paracetamol p125 and her body a warm alwz it’s hosing 97 and after medicine 95 wat to do . Need to go hospital. Or wat to do any medicine plss

A. the baby body temperature is above 99 degree fahrenheit then only take it as fever and 95 reading is not true reading it may be a false reading so take the temperature again properly
