Hi Doc.....I have 3 month old baby girl and given birth via C- Section. during Pregnancy i suffered high pigmentation my skin becomes Very Patchy & uneven so in that case can I use Melamet cream during Breastfeeding is it safe????Pls Advice!!!!

no
please don't use it.
as the pigmentation is caused by hormonal changes, please don't take much stress for this
it will alright by the time
just take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take enough sleep
try homemade or natural face pack or mask which are made from different things like multani mitti, Honey, fruit pulp,aloe vera etc
maintain good hygiene
