hi doc I had a normal delivery 3 months ago . I am having hairfall now. What should I do? Please advise.

Hair fall after delivery is a temporary issue. Take iron and calcium supplements until one year as suggested by your Gynaecologist  which is very important as a breastfeeding mom. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Take rest. Always Oil the hair leave for 10 minutes and then take bath. Use lukewarm water to take head bath.Write Your Answer Here
