A. cold s COVID sign. It is not possible to comment upon or advise on this issue as it might require a detailed examination so you can see a nearby doctor for the same and do as the advise for this

A. it is due to season. Blockage of nose is due to the common cold and flu due to season variation . Steam along with other home remedy like maintaining baby temperature will help . Nasal drop like nasovion for block . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
