Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu should wak in your hoe. Also you can go for walk in the park oy when it is not crowded. And plain surface. If in the area that stay is pollution free then you should go for 15 to 20 mins wak.
But if you stay in polluted areas these days. Better to avoid going for walk.
