Hi, can anyone suggest any cream or lotion for my son. His body becoming dry and getting red rashes at some body parts.

Candid b you can apply I don’t think so it is just dryness or rash it could be a function infection as well so apply this one time and after two hours you apply Boroline anti septic cream okay so you can apply both cream with four times in the day and Boro more and more as much as you want is going to be helpful
