hi can anyone help me I don't know what's happening with my child's teeths some are saying it's normal can anyone help me to know what it this?

A. I think it’s best that you get it evaluated with the dental physical assessment would be required as it is looking like a piece of flash and they will be able to clear your doubt and whatever is required to take care of this
