hi back pain kyu atha hai pls mujhe kal se back pain hora usa dard ko kysa kam pls suggest me urgent

A. if you are having back pain for no you can take tablet paracetamol also do hot fomentation for yourself and consult your doctor once for a proper examination to rule out any other issue
