My 2.3 year old son has a swollen eye lid since last night. Suddenly yesterday at around 11pm, we observed this swelling on his left eye lid. There is neither a pus nor a watery eye, eye is not even red....just swelling with minor pain. He is rubbing eye every 3-4 minutes, may be it's itchy...What it could be? Is this any early sysmptom of allery? Is it concerning? Attaching a picture for clear understanding.

this can be allergy to some flea bite sometimes can be infection for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
