Nitieka RaawalMom of a 9 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear, In the beginning many Mothers face this issue..So don’t worry..Check if milk is available or not..If not then take a well balanced diet..Include ajwain water, jeera water, milk, green leafy vegetables, milk, garlic in your diet
