U I look for a lot of variety and recipes online I can just tell you the basic stuff that you should be introducing to the child it would be vegetable purée and all kind of fruits on room temperature to the child curd Paneer cheese and you can go for Suji items quinoa oats ragi and also you should introduce coconut water and good amount of water in general
