Q.

hi all,for good milk supply iam drinking boiled water of methi jeera sonf and ajwan powder, but methi tastes bitter right so that bitterness will pass to breast milk, my baby is not having brest milk from 3 days properly, so pls suggest on this

A. no it will not pass, if you feel so, don't use meethi for some days, take lactare capsule 2 to 3 times a day to increase breast milk secretion .
