You can take it as per your comfort as far as I know this medicine can be taken about three times in the day with the gap of eight hours it’s an anti-allergy but you can take it two times in the day and you can take it for 3 to 5 days depending upon your need it’s a basic antiallergic that can be taken during the time of lactation
