hi, after c section delivery 7 months completed still not getting periods

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. you can still wait for 2 to 3 months more for your periods to occur till then follow a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking and timely intake of food and also try to have a good sleep whenever baby is sleeping

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can get periods anytime within one year after pregnancy. As that is normal. But if you feel any discomfort then must Consult with your gynaecologist. Take good and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Good luck and take
