Hi, after breastfeeding, i can feel nerves like protruding under aerola skin which feels burning to touch n also stinging pain under breast skin. Its very painful. Any causes n remedies for this? Please suggest

A. Hi dear mom. Apply coconut oil or pure desi ghee on the nipples to get relief from pain... Make sure that the baby latches properly, so that there is no pain. Take care and all the best
