hi 7 n half year old girl feel uncomfortable from itching in private part.Is this normal? and if not should I consult with gynac or paediatric?

A. that chances of infection which needs examination consult your pediatrician. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
