No she cannot have. It is not safe to take it being a lactating mother. And if she’s having it then she should avoid breastfeeding her baby at least for next 4 to 5 hours. In between the time she can give formula milk or she can also give expressed breast milk to a baby. Which can be expressed with the help of Babyhug manual breast pump
