hey there, I'm facing hairfall problems and greying of hair. and i have lost my hair's shine after delivery can anyone suggest something for me to bring back that shine and to stop hairfall and greying of hair ?

and good mild shampoo as well but budget friendly

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hair fall usually happens because of many factors and most of the time its multifactorial.
Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important.
Iron and Zinc also plays important role.
Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .
A good care along with maintainance of pghiroper hygiene is also necessary .
Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.
