Q.

Hey, my baby is now 14 months old , I have started the solid food to him. but he passes stool very hard. he is having difficulty to pass the stool. please give me a solution for it.

A. Hello mom make sure that their is fluids and also fibre in his diet . So fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, buttermilk , water , vegetable soups , dals , roti , rice etc .. and avoid refined and ready to eat mixes

A. That’s completely normal do not worry about it just increase the amount of fluid and fibre rich diet along with the solid food that you are giving make sure that your child is consuming would amount of fluid you can also include buttermilk in coconut water apart from water
