hey, my baby is 3 months old, he had motion once in a day, but yesterday he went for motion 4 times in a day and 4 times in a night. he had yellowish motion with water. looks like diariaa, what should I do. he is breastfed baby

A. it is very normal for small children who are breastfeeding to have slightly liquid to semi solid stool so do not worry about it if you're giving only breastfeeding to the child and nothing else
