Hey my baby is 15 month old and she got raishes on her Thai please suggest what we can do

Uma RamMom of 2 children2 months agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Due to diaper wetness ,long hours soaking rashes appear on thigh area .
Maintain moisture around the rash area ,apply moisturiser or virgin coconut oil before wearing nappy or diaper.
Anti rash creams also available apply cream on rashes and also before wearing diaper in normal days to prevent rashes.
