POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. To control hairfall, include foods rich in proteins, iron and vitamins with lots of fluids. Massage scalp with mild oil like olive or coconut or almond oil twice a week and wash off with sulphate free shampoo. Do not comb wet hair and do not use heat and chemical treatments. Applying onion juice once a week will help too.
