Hey gynaec i delivered my baby a week ago,it was a normal delivery but my doc did episiotomy bcoz of heavy baby weight(3.75kg). Now it's been a week my main episiotomy stitch is not healing and also start having infection. It's very painful and i don't know how to follow daily routine. I am worried what to do , how to recover how much time will it take to heal completely kindly plz help

A. You should consult your doctor immediately about it. Now a days medical science is so advance so these stitches dissolve within some days but what type of stitches you have that should be checked. Consult your doctor
