For 7 months, 2 meals or 1 meal+ 1snack. Increment by 1 meal for every month.Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) .
Moong Daal water, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.

U Have to decide the timing on your own only according to your sleeping and waking of schedule also I’m going to advise you to introduce ragi once your child completes the age of seven months not before that it’s a little heavy for a child to digest and can cause constipation in initial days to just go ahead with rice Dal water vegetable purée fruit purée Suji Kheer Halwa Upma Paneer cheese curd you can give Kanika know why notes also porridge and khichadi as well
