Q.

hellow doc..my baby is 7 month old nd from 10 days he has become vry cranky nd have low grade fever .fever come and go..nd have cough n cold scince 10 days .I have consulted doc bt cough n cold remain same .nd he has slight swollen gums...are these symptoms due to teething or some thing else .bt he has swollen gums since 2 months

A. Yup Swelling in the guns can actually indicate this only maybe your child is having it shit which is why the fever was there but now it has subsided cold and cough is still there then you can go ahead with the nebulising the child twice a day for a week
