Hello Instead of going for medicines try these home remedies where in you can apply Desi regularly into that area keep changing the diapers every 4 to 5 hours and to try to maintain a minimum gap of one hour in between change of two diapers your child’s skin needs more of breathing space and also since your child is 1 1/2 years old try to keep your child less in diapers through the day
