hello sir.. what to do when our 3 year kid doesnt talk properly.. only he sings rhymes or repeat the words we speak only.. he pushes other kids also how to overcome this habits also... thankyou

A. speech issue so. Speech delay can have multiple causes and infected requires a detailed examination by a ENT doctor so as to know the actual cause. Speech therapist is also a must for improvement in speech issues so .
