Q.

hello sir shivay is 6 years old but his teeth aren't ok which means they are broken half not from the root I want to know why it happened to his teeth

A. these can be due to cavities for which you need to visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done. do not ignore it as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth
