kindly maintain hygiene of the eyes and clean it with with clean water. 
normally simple secretions / allergy redness should not occur again and again.s
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyes is sticky with pus discharge or regular dischazrge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation

sorry but without examining your child ,it is better to avoid giving or using it 
kindly visit your pediatrician for right Medical care.
clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
don't use kajal or anything.
