hello sir , my son is 4years old his poop colour is lemon yellow from yesterday onwards ,he is going 3to 4 times yesterday why he is going like that plz help us sir

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give baby ajwain and saunf water thrice a day and also give baby light food and still baby do it for next two days then immediately consult with your doctor in person.
