A. you can offer all family food, Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all. Add Natural appetizer in diet- Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children. Give it twice in a day. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing(after one year) . These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water .  Give it to  your child and it  will work as an excellent appetite booster.  According to  Ayurveda ghee can be used to increase appetite. Have very small amount of warm soup around meal times to support digestion.

A. Hi mom Give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby. Give food in colourful and attractive plates that attracts baby toward food. U can buy #Babyhug feeding bowls spoon plates that are attractive and colourful and BPA free. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating.. Make eating fun. Take care
